London – After the separated conversations with the United States in Saudi Arabia this week, Russia and Ukraine agreed to “eliminate the use of force” in the black sea, according to the White House readings.
Russia and Ukraine “have agreed to guarantee safe navigation, eliminate the use of force and avoid the use of commercial vessels for military purposes in the Black Sea,” according to readings.
Both also agreed to “develop measures to implement the agreement to prohibit strikes against energy facilities in Russia and Ukraine,” according to readings.
All parties are working to “achieve lasting and lasting peace,” they said.

The White House reached a specific agreement with Ukraine on the exchange of prisoners of war, according to a reading about Ukrainian conversations in Riad.
“The United States and Ukraine agreed that the United States remains committed to helping to achieve the exchange of war prisoners, the release of civil detainees and the return of Ukrainian children transferred by force,” read the reading.
The White House also reached a specific agreement with Russia, focused on agriculture and maritime costs, according to a reading about Russian conversations in Riad.
“The United States will help restore Russia’s access to the world market for agricultural and fertilizer exports, lower maritime insurance costs and improve access to ports and payment systems for said transaction,” read the reading.
Monday’s conversations on Monday with Russia at Riad lasted 12 hours, a source told the State News Agency in Russia.
Grigory Karasin, president of the International Affairs Committee of the Federation Council, who participated in the conversations in Riad, told Tass that “the dialogue was detailed and complex but quite useful for us and for Americans.” Karasin added: “We discussed numerous issues.”
A source told the Media Agency of the State of Ria Novosti that a joint statement on the negotiations on Tuesday would be issued. Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov, later said that the details of the conversations would not be made public.
The conversations were expected to include discussions about a high fire in the Black Sea, Peskov told journalists on Monday. That proposal, said Peskov, came from President Donald Trump and was agreed by Russian President Vladimir Putin.
A pause proposed in long -range attacks against energy and other critical infrastructure objectives was also expected to be part of the discussions. Although Putin and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy agreed to the proposal in principle last week, cross -border attacks had continued.
The American meeting of Russia on Monday immediately arrived at a meeting between US and Ukrainian teams in Riyadh on Sunday. American and Ukrainian representatives also made conversations after the US meeting with the Russian team concluded, said a source familiar with the discussions to ABC News.
On Monday, responding to another round of Russian missiles and attacks with unmanned planes against Ukrainian cities, Zelenskyy wrote on social networks that “the war was brought from Russia and it is Russia that the war must be expelled. They must be forced to peace. They are those that must be pressed to guarantee security.”
On Monday night until Tuesday, the Ukraine Air Force said Russia launched a missile and 139 drones to the country, of which 78 drones were demolished and 34 lost in flight without causing damage.
The Russian Ministry of Defense said its forces knocked down five Ukrainian drones about busy Crimea.
